Production

First:
Send Novel-T-Shirts a 150 dpi *.jpeg or *.tiff file of all team and sponsor logos you want recreated. These logos are then “punched” for stitching.

You can specify the following details:

• color of the crown
• color of the bill
• color of the underbill
• color of the button
• type of closure
• cap material
• logo locations

Then:
Once we have all the logos and parameters for your custom headwear, our factory will make a sample and a photo of the completed cap will be e-mailed to you for approval.

Finally:
Production of your custom headwear begins upon sample approval. Expect delivery in about 8 weeks!

Artwork Required

1. All logos/graphics must be in .jpeg or .tiff form at 150+ dpi.
2. PMS/thread colors must be provided for all artwork  

PMS colors will be matched as closely as possible to thread colors.

There is no perfect match to PMS Numbers, but most thread colors can be very closely approximated. Cap material cannot match PMS colors.

Rush orders (less than 65 days lead time) must sign waivers which states that Novel-T-Shirts, Inc. will not be held responsible for merchandise that arrives late for unforseen reasons (e.g customs holds, etc.). Delivery time frame may be maintained with expedited (air) freight at additional shipping costs. Additional processing costs may also apply to RUSH orders.
