Steps in Production
- FIRST : TELL US WHAT YOU WANT
- Send Novel-T-Shirts, Inc. a digital file (300 dpi .jpg or .tiff) or hard copy color photo of the figure you want like Novel-T-Shirts, Inc. to make into a Bobblehead Doll or Stadium Replica . All dolls are custom-created to your specifications!
- The detailed photographs you send to Novel-T-Shirts, Inc. are e-mailed to our factory in China where a team of talented sculptors constructs a clay model.
- SECOND : PURCHASE ORDER/PAYMENT
- Send a signed purchase order with artwork (fax acceptable).
- Novel-T-Shirts, Inc. requires a 50% deposit on all overseas items (including Bobblehead Dolls and Stadium Replicas ) to begin the production process.
- THIRD : MODEL
- Digital image of clay model (.jpg) e-mailed to you within one week of receipt of your photo images.
- Once you approve the clay model, it is painted to your specifications.
- Given adequate time, your pre-production sample will be air freighted to you and to Novel-T-Shirts, Inc. within 7-10 days of approval of painted clay model.
- FOURTH : PRODUCTION
- Production of your dolls begins upon approval of your physical sample.
- Delivery is approximately 10 weeks from date of approval of the physical sample. (total process tales approx. 14 weeks)
- Balance of the purchase is due upon of receipt of items. (or Net 30 with approved credit)
Customers placing a "Rush Order" (less than 14 weeks lead time) must sign a waiver which states that Novel-T-Shirts, Inc. will not be held responsible for merchandise that arrives late for unforseen reasons (e.g customs holds, etc.). Delivery time frame may be maintained with expedited (air) freight at additional shipping costs. Additional processing costs may also apply to RUSH orders.
Artwork Required
- Headshots must be taken from the front, back and sides.
- Action poses can be taken from your good quality action photos or can be chosen from pre-existing poses.
- Please provide front and back photos of the uniform you want the figure in (if appropriate).
- Please provide close-up photos of any marks that might appear small on your photos.
- Please supply Novel-T-Shirts, Inc. with the PMS colors for:
- YOUR logos
- all sponsor(s) logos
- jersey, helmet, etc.
- Additional particulars you require to make your doll ideal (e.g. eyes and hair color, etc.).
